Job Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• As an Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive at Cynosure Realty, you will be expected to:
• Identify and engage HNIs and corporate clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional physical and virtual tours of our property listings, highlighting value propositions and investment returns.
• Stay ahead of Abuja’s real estate trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale efficiently, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
• Leverage social media and professional platforms to showcase listings and enhance Cynosure Realty’s market presence.
• Provide detailed weekly reports on lead status, client feedback and market challenges to the management team.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills, creativity and digital literacy.
• Deep knowledge of the Abuja geography and current property valuations.
• A tertiary degree in any discipline.
• The discipline to work independently and hunt for leads without constant supervision.

Remuneration
Salary: N200,000 / month + Juicy Sales Commission.
